IMPORTANT PASSPORT INFORMATION
Please check your passport's expiration date today and act right away if the expiration date on it is less than 6 months after your planned return date
* To get a new passport (good for 10 years) the cheapest — and slowest — way, you'll pay $97 if you have never had a passport before, or $67 to renew, and it will take about 12 weeks. * For an additional $60 rush fee (plus overnight shipping both ways) you should get your passport by mail within four weeks. * If you can provide proof that you have to leave within two weeks (by showing a purchased plane ticket), you can make an in-person appointment at one of the 13 regional passport agencies located throughout the USA (http://travel.state.gov/passport. You will receive your passport at your appointment. To make this appointment, call the National Passport Information Center at 877-487-2778 (24 hours a day) * You are able to check your passport application process and its estimated arrival date through the State Department’s website: www.travel.state.gov.
We need a photocopy of the picture page of each tour member’s passport. Please send this on or before paying your tour payment in full.
If you do not yet have a passport, we recommend that you apply for one at least 3 months prior to your tour’s departure to allow adequate time for it to arrive prior to your tour.
VISAS
Currently we do not offer any itineraries that require US, UK or Canadian visitors to obtain a visa. Holders of passports from any other country are required to check the visa requirements that pertain to their country prior to departure. If a visa is required, it is your responsibility to obtain the visa. If you are unable to join a tour due to not obtaining a visa, all payments will be forfeited.
